Apple Cider Vinegar Botanical Infusion 500ml

Our Shrub is a traditional drink based on our raw apple cider vinegar.

The vinegar is made from vintage cider, which has been allowed to naturally re-ferment into apple cider vinegar, turning all the alcohol to acetic acid. This was then matured for a further eight years before infusing with hedgerow bitters and botanicals and hint of lemon. So its kind of a bit special...

Mix it with sparkling water & ice (around 1:7 ratio - or to your taste) for a sophisticated, refreshing and revitalising experience.

It is also great in cocktails and amazing in salad dressings.

Once open, keep cool and dark and use within a year.

We used the following ingredients in the infusion:

• Lemon Peel
• Rosemary
• Bay Leaves
• Fennel Seeds
• Dandelion Root
• Blackcurrants
• Black Pepper

All are very special in their own right and most grow in our local hedgerows (not the lemons and pepper alas...). 

Each bottle contains 20 x 25ml servings and is vegan.

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays but please allow up to seven days for delivery once you have ordered. This is because we only work on the Bignose & Beardy part time as we have other jobs the rest of the week. Often we can get an order out quicker, but we can't guarantee it.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over. Drivers operate a challenge 25 policy: if you appear under 25 you will be asked for photo ID.

If you live really nearby to us (within 3 miles) we'll deliver to you for free on orders of £20 or more. Just place your order and if your postcode qualifies, free shipping will automatically be added to your order. If you end up paying for shipping by accident we'll refund the shipping and still deliver for free. What's not to love?!

Local customers, select the pick up option on check out to avoid paying delivery charges on this order. You can collect from the Cidery on Fridays or at other times by appointment.

We work with a neighbouring business to ship our goods (as they can get better prices than we can - being bigger than us). The shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order and is automatically calculated at checkout. We can ship most products (up to 20kg) for £10.00 to the UK. Some of our products are lighter and so cost less. It can make sense to add an item to your order to make the most of the shipping costs:
