Shipping policy
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays but please allow up to seven days for delivery once you have ordered. This is because we only work on the Bignose & Beardy part time as we have other jobs the rest of the week. Often we can get an order out quicker, but we can't guarantee it.
We work with a neighbouring business to ship our goods (as they can get better prices than we can - being bigger than us). We can ship most products for £10.00 to the UK. Some of our products are smaller and so cost less.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over. Drivers operate a challenge 25 policy: if you appear under 25 you will be asked for photo ID.
Local customers, use coupon FreeCollection to avoid paying delivery charges on this order. You can collect from the Cidery on Fridays or at other times by appointment. If you live in a nearby postcode area (TN22 1,2,4,5) we'll deliver for free.
