It’s not easy being cheesy

🧀🍏 …kidding, it is - last call for tickets!
Greetings, Ciderling!
We’re already expecting at least 45 bums on seats at our cider and cheese tasting night on Saturday 23rd March. So if you want to add your own bum to the bum seat list, do it quicksticks!
The doors at Tyler’s Ground farm shop* open at 7 for a 7:30pm start. You probably won’t need full-on galoshes but you might like to leave your high heels at home and opt for a sturdier shoe.
Tickets are £20 each, including all your cheese and cider pairings for the night. If you want to take home a slice n sip of the fun, there’s a £60 option that includes a takeaway box of five cheeses and five ciders. That’s one extra cheese and one extra cider than in our normal tasting hamper, for the same price. 🤫
We’ll also have live folk music from our mates Ceol Na Mara. One of the best bits of organising our own event is, you get to make it exactly the kind of evening we love going to!
All the ciders are made by us, naturally. The cheeses are locally made by the Traditional Cheese Dairy, including the new Sussex Scrumpy, which is made with our Cockhaisy Cider. We even helped make a batch!
During the event you’ll hear about some of the similarities between cidermaking and cheesemaking processes, along with a few stories that may or may not become increasingly loud and rambling in nature as the evening wears on.
Yes, it’s about tasting great cheese and sipping on ciders (some of which aren’t even available for the general public to buy)...but more than that, it’s about getting to know each other. It’s about coming together with great food, drink and music to have a ruddy good evening. Brings us so much joy.
We hope you can make it.
And if you can’t make it and want to DIY at home, you can always get a hamper sent straight to your door.
Cheers!
