This year we are launching a Cider Waking Ritual - we'll tap a sacrificial barrel of the youngest cider from 2026 and we'll toast the summer orchard in style!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBring your friends, bring a blanket or a chair, get a cider and make the most of a summer day in the beautiful East Sussex countryside.
