There is a lovely mixed orchard on the edge of Terrible Down, which was bursting with fruit in 2022. The fruit was harvested with an old friend from Australia and wild-fermented with Dabinett and Michelin apples. Crisp and floral with robust tannin finish this cider is dedicated to friendship and the loved ones we lost in 2022.
